$45 monthly Basic Service
Bi-weekly inspection of inside and outside of home – any issues reported to owner. Including additional checks after storms.

Open windows and/or run air con & run all taps to clear drains
Gardening is not included

Everything offered in the Basic Service including the gardening fees. Gardening will be attended to weekly including weeding and trimming of all plants. If you have an excessive garden charges will be adjusted to cover the expense.

$100 Open & Close Casa Service – for Renters or Owners
Clean home before arrival and check all appliances – uncover furniture - move outdoor items – turn gas & fridge on – turn on lights, electricity and water. Purchase water jugs if necessary.
Be available to renters for any questions regarding the home. Our contact information is left in the casa for renters convenience. We do not offer concierge service.
Rental check will involve an email to the owner to confirm their arrival & departure
Inspect home at closing - cover furniture – move outdoor items back inside – turn off gas and fridge – turn off lights - light inventory – turn off electricity and water as per owner instructions - email to owner to confirm state of casa
Laundry is taken to “Christian Lavanderia” in Chemuyil and a charge of $5 will apply for drop off and delivery. “Christian Lavanderia” Laundry fees are not included in the Open & Close Casa service and will be charged to the owner.

Currency is calculated at 11 pesos = $1 US or CDN dollar
